How to use it
Step 1
Walk the area together when you can. A page tells the next lead what happened. Talking tells them what to watch.
Step 2
Write what's unfinished, who has it and how urgent it is. Anything that can hurt someone goes at the top.
Step 3
The incoming lead signs to say they've read it and understood it. Ask about anything that's unclear before the other lead leaves.
Fill out the handover on a phone, with both leads signing on the screen. It works with no signal, and open items carry over to the next shift.

Guide
Shift handover best practices for plants, pads, ramps and yards: what to pass on, a repeatable order, who signs and how open items become tasks.
Glossary
A shift handover is the hand-off of status, hazards and open work from one crew to the next, so nothing known gets lost at shift change.
