Task management app for frontline teams: One list. Today and Later. Overdue on top.
A task, a course, a form, an inspection, a document to sign and a skill check are all assignments. A worker sees one list. A supervisor sees who hasn't done what.

The real screens
Hand out the work and see where it stands.
Give a task, form, inspection or training to a person, a crew or a role, with a due date. What's open, late or waiting for a sign-off sits on one screen.

Set it once and it hands itself out.
A weekly yard walk, a tailgate talk every shift, a refresher every year. Each schedule says what it hands out, to whom and how often.

See every run, step by step.
Each run of each workflow, where it is, who started it and what it's waiting on.

A running log for every area.
What needs you comes first. Each shift signs off, and the next one picks up what's still open.

Where they come from
Anyone or anything can assign work.
01
A person
A foreman on a phone, offline if needed.
02
A schedule
Daily, weekly, per shift or annual. By role, site and crew, so a new hire gets theirs on day one.
03
A workflow or an outside system
A failed step. A work order. An HR event. Same shape either way.
Who and when
A name, or a pool.
A named person. Or a pool: any operator at this yard, first to claim.
Carry-over. Unfinished work at shift end can roll to the next shift's pool, if your company wants that.
A date or a window. Due by Friday. Or before the first truck leaves, 5 to 7 a.m.
Closed by evidence. Nothing, a photo, a form, an inspection, a signature or a supervisor's verification. You set it per template.
States
Blocked is a real state.
Open, in progress, done, verified. The normal path. Cancelled and overdue are states too.
Blocked. The worker gives a reason and a photo. That's where delays come from, so it's tracked on its own.
Bundles
One engine, shown two ways.
A bundle is a set of assignments issued together, with required and optional items, an order, what opens next and recurrence.
Step 1
Path
Shows in Training. Courses in order, then the skill check. New hire onboarding. Annual refresh.
Step 2
Routine
Shows in Tasks. Every week the foreman on each site does these six tasks. A shutdown. A site opening.
Step 3
Progress as a whole
Supervisors see who has and hasn't done each piece.
Tasks with steps
A task can carry its own instructions.
- Each step. Has its own instruction, photo, clip or procedure page.
- Two doors, one record. A form that's due shows in Tasks and in Forms. Finish it in one place and it's done in both.
- What it isn't. It's not a project plan with a timeline and a budget. Payroll, scheduling and time clocks are not part of it.
