How to use it
Step 1
Fill in the date, the machine, the energy sources and the lock number before the work starts. Don't wait until the end of the shift.
Step 2
The person who applied the lock removes it, per your procedure. Write the time and sign off the line.
Step 3
A line with no time off is a lock still on. The supervisor checks them at the end of every shift.
Log each lockout from a phone, with the lock number and a photo of the isolation point. It works with no signal and the record is kept for you.
