How to use it
Step 1
Walk the work area together. The person doing the step usually knows the hazard best.
Step 2
Put one person on each control. A control that belongs to everyone belongs to nobody.
Step 3
Agree on what stops the job, like a change in the work or a person in the swing zone. Then nobody has to argue it mid-task.
Fill out the pre-task plan on a phone, with every crew member signing on the screen. It works with no signal and the record is kept for you.
