How to use it

Three habits that make it worth filling out.

Step 1
Walk it, don't guess
Look at the actual task. Ask the crew what hurts them, what splashes, what flies off and what falls.
Step 2
Name the hazard, then the PPE
Write the hazard first, like 'grinding sparks' or 'overhead work'. Then pick the PPE that goes with it.
Step 3
Redo it when the work changes
A new task, a new chemical or an injury is a reason to walk it again. Keep the dated sheet.
