Your people can ask their own AI about their own PortalBase. Turn the connection on, copy one address, and add it in Claude. PortalBase is listed in Claude's connector directory, and the ChatGPT and Microsoft 365 Copilot listings are in review.
Each connection sees only what that person can see, and a read-only connection can't change anything. Anything an AI drafts, like a form or a workflow, waits for a person to publish it.
An admin can end a connection at any time, and it stops at once.
